XPG enhances esports presence with Vexed Gaming

ADATA Technology’s gaming division, XPG, has announced its affiliation with professional esports organisation Vexed Gaming.

XPG provides high performance products for gamers, esport pros and tech enthusiasts, and the brand says it has been looking for opportunities to enhance its presence in the esports arena.

With a highly successful CSGO team, Vexed has attended two major tournaments and regularly competes in the Mountain Dew League and ESL Premiership. Committed to growing and further professionalising the UK esports scene from both an organisational and team standpoint, Vexed recently announced the opening of the UK’s first esports training facility in Manchester.

“With the increase in brand awareness for XPG in the UK, we looked for unique opportunities to enhance our esports presence. Vexed offered so many appealing and exciting routes to engage this ever growing audience, from large tournaments to their gaming facility where they will scout grassroots talent and nurture up-and-coming players,” said Dave Taylor, country manager for ADATA and XPG.

“We have looked at many teams before but we believe strongly in the community we have already built up, looking at the values that Vexed exhibit inside their community we feel this is the perfect tie in to continue our development whilst providing Vexed with all the support to enable them to grow.”

Mark Weller from Vexed Gaming added: “After speaking with XPG for some months it is clear that they understand both esports and the gaming community, with this in mind, alongside their range of high quality gaming products we look forward to working together.”
