IT distributor Westcoast has announced that it will be among the first to have HP’s new Generation8 servers in its Solutions Lab demo facility in Milton Keynes.
The new servers claim to be the world’s most self-sufficient, with the product range being the result of over 150 customer-based design innovations, and also aim to improve admin productivity and increase performance.
Westcoast has been holding a range of events to get resellers up-to-date on the new technology. One attendee said "The Solutions Lab is great. The Gen8 event Westcoast held had everything it needed. I will definitely be bringing my customers here."
Westcoast will be holding more events in the coming months.
Solutions Lab manager Phil Follett said: "We are really fortunate to be one of the first locations to demo Gen8 servers and it is a great opportunity for resellers to understand all the benefits that it can provide to their end users."
Westcoast is also encouraging its resellers to hold their own events at the Solutions Lab. Resellers can bring their own customers into the fully re-brandable facility to hold events, focus groups or meetings, and most importantly to see Gen8 in action.
