Exertis adds two new vendors
The distributor has announced an agreement with Vivitek for its ultra-portable Qumi series and new home cinema projectors. It aims to grow the Vivitek channel in the UK.
Exertis has also been appointed by Naim to distribute its Mu-so Qbmulti-room wireless music system. The Mu-so Qb will be available for retailers from Exertis and will be launched to consumers on March 1st, initially through Apple stores and John Lewis.
Varlink adds print solutions to existing Honeywell portfolio
Distributor Varlink has announced the addition of Datamax O’Neil print solutions to its existing Honeywell range of scanners, printers and mobile computers.
Datamax O’Neil, acquired by Honeywell in December 2014, manufactures fixed and mobile label and receipt printers suitable for retail, field force, warehousing and healthcare industries.
Sennheiser signs distribution partner
Audio vendor Sennheiser has appointed Duplex its official distribution partner.
Duplex has become a distribution partner following ‘significant’ year-on-year double-digit growth in Sennheiser sales.
Synaxon partners with Velmex Distribution
Dealer services group Synaxon has signed an agreement with Velmex Distribution to give its members access to project pricing and support on Canon’s full range of large format printers.
All products and consumable supplies stocked by Velmex will now be listed on EGIS, Synaxon’s online ordering platform.
Agilitas expands services portfolio with SCC
Inventory-as-a-service specialist Agilitas has expanded its scope of work with independent IT group SCC, to include a range of technical skills training to its field-based engineering teams.
The deal involves Agilitas creating course content, purely focused around the needs of SCC customers and engineering teams. SCC was previously hosting its own internal training courses.
Huawei and Leica Camera announce partnership
Huawei Consumer Business Group (BG) and Leica Camera AG have entered into a strategic partnership around smartphone photography.
The deal will span research and development, design, co-engineering, user experience, marketing and retail distribution.
