Synaxon partners with MW Fulfilment Services Ltd to provide independent warehouse services

Channel services group Synaxon UK has entered into a formal partnership with warehousing and distribution specialist MW Fulfilment Services Ltd.

The partnership aims to meet higher demand for the extensive range of products Synaxon offers members through its distribution business via Central Trading.

Central Trading gives members access to an exclusive inventory of best-selling products at exclusive pricing. The agreement with MW Fulfilment Services Ltd will see Synaxon investing in a new, dedicated warehouse close to its UK Head Office in Warrington to provide room for further growth and expansion of the programme.

Bolton-based MW Fulfilment Services Ltd is a family-run provider of third party logistics. The extended partnership between the two organisations will provide increased stock-holding flexibility and ensure that members “continue to receive the highest levels of service” through Synaxon Central Trading. Synaxon UK has also invested in a state-of-the-art order tracking to ensure efficient handling and delivery of member orders.

The decision to enter into a partnership with MW Fulfilment Services Ltd for warehouse and logistics provider was an easy choice, according to Mike Barron, Managing Director of Synaxon UK.

“MW Fulfilment Services Ltd provide a flexible and reliable service and support us in every way, which means we can focus on helping our members to grow. Our Central Trading business has really been gaining momentum in recent months and with this increased investment and the extended partnership with MW Fulfilment Services Ltd, we’ll be able to continue that growth while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery for our members,” said Barron.

As well as access to popular products at special prices through Central Trading, Synaxon UK provides members with access to the portfolios or more than 40 distributors via its EGIS online procurement system. They can also take advantage of the Cloud-iQ service (for Microsoft CSP) and a special bids tool, managed services and device-as-a-service options are all planned for introduction this year.
