Higher-quality thumbnails and more feed options come to YouTube

YouTube updates homepage feed

YouTube has updated its homepage feed with changes suggested by user feedback.

The new layout features bigger video thumbnails with more information about uploader activity.

YouTube has restructured the site’s design to show higher-quality thumbnails with more information relating to the video.

With the introduction of a new menu to quickly control what content appears on a user’s feed, said user can choose to hide selected items or opt to only show uploads from certain accounts.

YouTube states in its Creator Blog that there will be more to come, with the site continuing to build features to make it easy to know when subscriptions have new content.
