Westcoast has announced a partnership, which sees the distributor’s systems become fully integrated with ECI Software Solutions.
ECI services a vast number of office supplies dealers within the channel via their order processing platforms.
Westcoast’s systems are now fully integrated with ECI for their Vision, Progress and Horizon applications. This integration covers orders, order acknowledgements, invoices and product catalogue via ECI Atomic.
Alex Tatham, Westcoast’s Sales and Marketing Director said: “Currently our supplies product portfolio has been uploaded and is ready for use but we hope to introduce our other product portfolios in the future making this partnership a real value add for our resellers. Dealers will be able to build an order during the day based on Westcoast’s comprehensive range of EOS SKU’s Westcoast have available in stock will be visible to all ECI users”
Westcoast has been focused on extending its existing electronic ordering offering for all Resellers within the channel. Currently our XML Portal allows for customer integration of full electronic ordering. The portal deals with stock and pricing information, acceptance of purchase orders and generates the relevant response messages from the point of ordering to delivery. The Portal gives increased reliability and improves the processing of customer orders.
