UK IT distributor Westcoast says it's increased its commitment to invest in the channel through both its new Solutions Lab and by recruiting additional business development managers.
The Solutions Lab, due to launch soon in Milton Keynes, is designed to give resellers resources to hold events and train both staff and customers in the latest technologies.
The business development managers that Westcoast is investing in are specialists in storage, servers, networking and converged infrastructures solutions. They can even visit resellers on request to help educate staff and end users.
The in-house pre-sales Solutions Team also provides consultancy services and advice, in addition to server pre-testing and configuration.
