Kobo’s Mini and Glo ereaders head to UK
Kobo has announced that its Kobo Glo and Kobo Mini ereaders will be available in Canada and the UK this month.

The Kobo Glo has a 6-inch e-ink screen and the Mini is, surprisingly, a smaller version measuring 5.2-inches.

4,000 workers walk out at Foxconn factory
It seems a week doesn’t go by without strikes, riots and rumours about Foxconn’s factories, and this weekend was no different.

4,000 workers at Foxconn’s Zhengzhou factory walked out on Friday, reportedly in protest of the stricter quality-control requirements for Apple’s iPhone 5 assembly line.

Amazon to buy Seattle HQ for $1b
Amazon is set to shell out $1 billion to own the Seattle corporate HQ it currently leases.

Amazon will be buying the property from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s investment firm Vulcan Real Estate. The transaction will be the biggest commercial real estate deal for a single property in the US so far this year.

Instagram celebrates 2nd birthday with over 5 billion photo’s shared
It has been two year’s since Instagram came onto the scene, and the photo-sharing app has acquired over 100 million users and 5 billion photos in that time.
