Tell us about your business – what products and services do you offer?
Stronghold IT Services was set up by a team of passionate IT experts to offer corporate grade IT support and solutions to SME-sized business. Initially acting as an outsourced IT management company we quickly grew into being a full MSP offering, with services ranging from supply of individual computers to large scale converged network. With a keen focus of customer service, our clients enjoy a fixed price service and very competitive prices on hardware and software.
Who are your customers?
Our customer base ranges from small firms of more than five computers through to multi-nationals like CartonPlast DE. Covering support nation-wide we have engineers strategically placed throughout the UK.
How has business been?
In the past four years we have had continual growth in turnover and staff levels have increased 100 per cent year-on-year despite the current economic climate. We believe that our reputation for going above and beyond expectations and offering exceptional value has helped us achieve this growth.
What’s coming up for you in 2013?
Stronghold IT Services are at the end of our harvesting period and are looking forward to and are ready for rapid growth this year. These are exciting times for us.
