This month we talk to Nitesh Ganatra from Kingsfield about his business and his thoughts on the IT market.

What products and services does your company offer?

Mainly online sales, although we have a sales operation which assists with our larger corporate clients. 

Synaxon has been instrumental in assisting with all aspects of our e-commerce solution, from set up to content including feed and banners/adverts.

What’s been your biggest growth area recently?

Print has been a good growth area for us, we are able to capture a lot of the repeat consumables business.

How important is social media to the business?

IT doesn’t seem to be that effective, although it is one area that I would like to understand more about. 

What are the biggest issues you face with today’s market?

Too much competition - it seems everyone sells on price and not service.

What do you have planned for 2015?

To increase sales by 50 to 70 per cent by introducing more services and recurring revenues.
