Tell us about your business – what products and services do you offer?
Axdra offers a wide range of new and refurbished laptops, desktops, and tablets to suit every pocket and purpose – from the irregular user to the avid gamer. We also offer diagnostics, refurbishments and rebuilds from honest and knowledgeable technicians, tailoring advice and services to suit budget and system requirements. At Axdra, we pride ourselves on being able to source parts, components, peripherals and accessories at the best price for our customers.
Who are your customers?
Since January, Axdra has built up a loyal client base of residents from Blackpool and the surrounding Fylde Coast areas. We provide shop based, business based and distance support to private users and small to medium businesses.
How has business been?
We are achieving growth and attracting new customers through recommendations each month, so business has been really good.
What’s coming up for you in 2013?
Our new display area in site one is almost complete. We are developing our working relationships with larger brands to carry more product lines whilst maintaining our reputation for honesty and value for money. The next step is to replicate this in new outlets which we are currently sourcing.
