Distributor Smithie UK has made a trio of new appointments including operations director Mark Wilson (pictured).
Wilson has over 20 years in the IT industry, with great experience and knowledge of many areas of the business. Having worked for top manufacturers, resellers and distributors, his experience is instrumental to Smithie UK.
He joins sales director Simon Riley (below right), who has also been in the industry for nearly 20 years. Riley has been with Smithie for seven years and has injected enthusiasm and commitment into his role.
Thirdly, Karl Hooker (below middle) has been named warehouse and logistics director. He first started with Smithie UK in 2008, and manages the warehouse staff. He has over 30 years in logistics and has owned his own business in the past.
"With the company’s strong position in the market and our growing team, I am pleased to appoint our key employees with directorships," said Smithie UK MD Shane Hilden.
"Their experience and knowledge will reinforce the company internally, which is essential for our continued growth into 2014."
