Sennheiser has announced a new D 10 wireless Dect headset designed for the office.
It features a noise-cancelling microphone and ‘ActiveGard’ technology that offers hearing protection against acoustic shock.
Supplied with a base station with a built-in ringer for USB models, users can choose their own tone from the selection available. It also includes built-in cable management and status indicators showing available talk time and oncoming calls.
Users can also adjust the volume from the headset.
Jane Craven, sales director at Sennheiser Communications, said: “The Dect standard combined with our digital processing technology ensures excellent clarity in typically noisy office environments, and we’ve made sure that workers can stay mobile and connected throughout the day with what is a truly ‘no hassle’ solution.”
The D 10 has a full workday talk time of up to 12 hours and can reach a 50 per cent charge in 20 minutes.
It is available in three variants, including the D 10 for phone for desk phones, D 10 USB for UC professionals and D 10 USB ML for professionals using Microsoft Lync.
