Samsung has denied rumours that the next Galaxy smartphone will launch in March.
Originating with the Korean Times’ ‘inside sources’, the rumours claimed that Samsung would announce the new flagship smartphone at the Mobile World Congress, Barcelona in February, with a launch in March.
Samsung’s official @samsungtomorrow Twitter account denied all of this, saying ‘media reported speculation’ that ‘subsequent models will be released’ is ‘not true’.
Other rumours circulating have been focusing on the Galaxy S4’s features with many saying the smartphone will have a massive 5-inch screen – a whole inch bigger than Apple’s iPhone 5.
With the Galaxy S3 launch in May this year, it seems likely that the next model will appear around the same time in 2013.
