Samsung has sent out invites for its ‘Tab Into Color’ Galaxy Premier 2014 event, taking place on June 12th.
The ‘Galaxy’ and ‘tab’ references point to some new Android-powered tablets, while the hint of ‘color’ could mean that Samsung is straying away from its usual restricted colour schemes and going down the same route as Apple and its iPhone 5C.
There’s also suggestions that the colour reference could refer to the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S, which is rumoured to come with a 2560×1600 AMOLED display.
The tablet is expected to come in 8.4-inch and 10.5-inch variants.
