Netflix will air fourth season in 2013

Ron Howard teases Twitter with Arrested Development script photo

Revived by video streaming platform Netflix, the first Arrested Development script of the new season has been posted on Twitter by executive producer Ron Howard.

Howard, who is also the narrator for the comedy, posted the pic alongside a tweet saying: “Very very funny 🙂 Lots of lines for the narrator too!”

This isn’t the first time this month fans have been treated to info about the new show via Twitter. Howard and lead actor Jason Bateman tweeted various pics from the writer’s room of the show and confirmed through the social networking site that shooting would start in August.

Netflix secured a deal with 20th Century Fox to exclusively air the new series just days after Lovefilm announced its TV and movie deal with the American film and TV studio.

While not yet at the stage of owning the broadcast rights to and renewing a longer list of shows, Netflix has revealed the upcoming integration of past episodes of Modern Family, Lie to Me, Sons of Anarchy, and The Killing on their UK streaming platform.

Not that it reveals much about the plot, but here’s Howard’s teasing photo:
