First panel session at next month’s trade show will look at connecting with customers

PCR Boot Camp: Learn how to engage with customers before they enter your store

Consumers start interacting with your brand long before they get to your storefront or website.

You need to make the right impression in order to get them to seek you out or return to your store and make that purchase.

That’s why one of the panel sessions at this year’s PCR Boot Camp event is designed to focus on this important topic.

PCR Boot Camp takes place on Wednesday May 29th, at The Brewery, London and retailers and resellers can register for free here: www.pcrbootcamp.com/dealer-registration. The morning consists of a conference with key speakers and panel sessions.

Entitled: Engaging with customers before they even enter your store, the first panel will look at:

  • How social media has changed (and will continue to change) the relationship between brand and consumer
  • Leveraging technology to connect with customers
  • How do you get customers through your doors, or clicking on your site?
  • How do you attract non-traditional tech customers to your business?

 Panel members consist of:

Craig Hume, Utopia Computers

Susanne Dansey, Purple Cow

Derek Jones, Synaxon

Vaughan Shayler, CompTIA

Chair: James Binns, Network N

We want all dealers to get involved in these discussions. Debate on the day is encouraged and we are also inviting retailers – and other suppliers – to get involved by sending us questions in advance.

You simply need to email helen.french@intentmedia.co.uk. We’ll collate all the suggestions and they will be put to the panellists on the day.

We will announce the second panel shortly.

Following the morning conference, there’s a free lunch and then an afternoon expo with break-out sessions.

The UK’s 250 top technology retailers – you can register for free here. All retailers and resellers who attend will also receive a free Jabra Bluetooth speaker worth £150.
