What do you see being the biggest challenge facing PC retailers at the moment?
PC retailers have to continually become more efficient. Particularly in hardware, margin pressure has always existed. This market is known for its low margins. The challenge for resellers is to adopt these new tools and run with complete efficiency.
In your opinion, what’s the most important thing for retailers and resellers to bear in mind when dealing with customers?
Multi-channel – your customers now want to interact with you through all channels, there is a desire for more self service. Retailers need to offer this to succeed long term.
What gadget can’t you live without?
iPhone – I got one when it came out. You never have to be bored again!
What do you think will be the next big thing in tech?
Driverless cars and robotics. A huge number of jobs will be automated..
What is your proudest moment as a company?
Getting to a million page views a month nearly 5 years after launch. The channel spends a combined 37,000 hours on our site a month. It makes us feel good that we can save time and money for that many people. ?

What are you most looking forward to at PCR Boot Camp?
Actually meeting our reseller customers. So much of our interaction is online it will be great to actually talk to our users.
