Orange is looking to drive business adoption of mobile broadband amongst its current users with its latest promotion.

The network operator has slashed the price of its mobile broadband service by 50 per cent for its business customers for the next three months. The firm is hoping the deal will entice its voice customers to add mobile broadband to their current deal.

Orange is also offering new SME customers a discount of £5 from the cost of mobile broadband if they sign up during the same period.

Mobile broadband has really taken off across all industries and business sizes," commented Orange UK's vice president for business, Paul Tollet. "In fact, our own research shows that a key driver for customers adopting mobile broadband has been the growing desire to stay in control and stay on top of business opportunities, while on the move if necessary."
