Steve Bland, KMS Components’ former sales director, has been appointed NVIDIA’s new key account sales manager for Northern Europe.
Bland will be responsible for sales and market share of NVIDIA technologies through the channel in Northern Europe.
Working alongside Matt Wright, NVIDIA’s consumer sales manager for distribution, he will be responsible for relationships with channel partners, local AIC offices and ECO system partners, positioning himself at the forefront of NVIDIA’s channel business.
He has held several senior sales positions in the channel over the past few decades.
Bland said: "The new challenge begins March 3rd at NVIDIA.
"I’m looking forward to joining a great team and supporting the channel with amazing products."
Bland’s former employer KMS Components went into administration earlier this month.
NVIDIA meanwhile recently launched its new high performance Titan-beating GeForce 780 Ti graphics card.
