Networking vendor TP-LINK has developed a new router and range extender bundle that supercharges home wireless, and is exclusive to tech distributor Exertis.
The device is made up of an AC750 router and an AC750 wall mounted range extender, allowing users to enjoy better wireless by upgrading to the latest standard.
It also rids a consumer's house of all the wireless deadzones, meaning a connection can be received on computers, tablets, smartphones, consoles and smart TVs anywhere in the house.
It's a hard bundle with a separate product code and is clearly labelled with 'Not to Be Sold Separately' on the box.
Ian Fitzgerald, category manager for home entertainment at retailer Freemans Grattan Holdings Ltd, commented: “Demand for wireless enabled devices is massive and this wireless AC bundle from TP-LINK is a really neat solution.
“It means our customers can easily super charge their home networks to cope with the extra demand for bandwidth. It will be available on our websites from January, when people will be looking for wireless boosting solutions after buying tablets, games consoles or a smart TV for Christmas.
“With a lot of the new ‘must have’ devices coming AC-ready, it makes sense to give our customers the best solution on the market and this bundle offers the latest wireless at a great price. When Exertis contacted me with the offer, it made sound commercial sense.”
