New product roundup: Prestigio reveals new smartphone, HyperX sets overclocking record

In this week’s new product roundup, HyperX has set a new overclocking record with its HyperX Predator DDR4 memory.

Kingston revealed that it was overclocked at 4351MHz, the highest frequency among all DDR4 memory in the world.

Additionally, Prestigio has revealed its MultiPhone 5508 DUO, the company’s new flagship smartphone.

It comes equipped with an Octa Core processor, a five-inch display, an HD resolution of 720×1280 and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.

This week also marks the launch of Cooler Master’s Silencio FP120 PWM fan. The Silencio FP Series uses Loop Dynamic Bearing technology to extend its life expectancy to 160,000 hours. It is priced at £7.99.

The company has also unveiled its CM Storm Octane – Multi LED, Keyboard and Mice Bundle. The keyboard features seven backlight colours and nine anti-ghosting and keyboard lock keys, while the mouse comes with a lifecycle of 10 million clicks. The bundle is priced at £39.99.

In other news, Dell has announced an update to its Dell Precision M3800, a 15-inch mobile workstation from the company. Dell has added a 4K Ultra HD touch display option, introduced Thunderbolt 2 technology and an Ubuntu-based developer edition.

The new Dell Precision M3800 mobile workstation is available across the UK starting at £1,349.

In addition, Linksys has launched two dual band smart routers, the Linksys XAC1900 and Linksys XAC1200. Both models feature a built-in DSL modem for easy set-up as well as Linksys’ Smart Wi-Fi technology.
