Microsoft has launched a couple of new programmes for UK resellers.
The vendor revealed the programmes at the Northamber Expo 15 event on Friday, where distributor Northamber signed a slew of new vendor partners.
Microsoft talked up Office 365 and the Internet of Things during a morning keynote, as well as a new Microsoft Numbers website, but the most interesting piece of information was the new programmes.
EduWins offers resellers channel marketing investment and a channel rebate, while Shape the Future is a ‘breadth programme’ focusing on low-cost Windows skus.
The latter went live on October 1st and is a pilot scheme, focusing solely on resellers selling Windows education devices to schools.
