Fan asks to appear in Netflix commercial, gets free subscription instead

Man with Netflix tattoo gets free year’s subscription

Twitter user @TheRealMyron’s new tattoo has landed him a free year’s subscription to TV and Film streaming service Netflix.

Myron Robinson tweeted a picture of his new tat to Netflix saying: “Put me on a commercial, I love you guys.”

Not keen on having their biggest fan appear in a commercial, presumably because the tattoo is shit, Netflix fobbed him off with a free year’s subscription.

Robinson soon forgot any dreams of becoming the next commercial superstar when offered free stuff, tweeting: "Netflix just made my year and gave me a free year. I love it."

This isn’t the first time a fan has managed to get something for free after declaring their love for a brand with a drawing. Back in August, Samsung Canada surprised one Galaxy S3 fan with a custom phone featuring his own dragon doodle that he Facebooked to the company to tempt them into giving him a freebies.
