List of top 25 UK companies to work for dominated by tech and IT firms

A new report from job ratings site Glassdoor has revealed that tech/IT firms and business consultants are some of the best companies to work for in the UK.

Facebook tops the list, followed by other tech and IT businesses such as Jive Software, MediaMath, Softcat, NetBuilder and Google.

Glassdoor revealed that while many employees ranked their company on salary, other said they were swayed by the company benefits they receive, such as free food, health care and even a spa in the office.

Fifty seven per cent said that they were awarded new company benefits, such as flexible working hours or casual dress code and 39 per cent said that their employer had restored pay and benefits previously cut.
