Designer and manufacturer of peripherals continues to grow

Gioteck expands into Russian, Italian and Nordic regions

Gioteck, independent designer and manufacturer of peripherals, has announced deals with distributors covering Russia, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The British company has appointed 1C-SoftClub, NGS and Absolute Joy as distributors, bringing the number of customers with which Gioteck is partnered to 60, covering 19 international territories.

1C-SoftClub will “provide the Russian market with high quality Gioteck products,” said 1C-SoftClub’s general director Alexander Gurin.

Henrik Mathiasen, CEO of NGS, which is a distributor to GameStop, Media Markt and Game in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, highlighted Gioteck’s Bluetooth headsets as particularly promising for the Nordic market.

Meanwhile, video game, console and accessory distributor Absolute Joy will supply Italy.

General manager of Gioteck Alan Jones said: “We see Europe, Russia and emerging Balkan and CIS economies as key markets for Gioteck and have predicted our sales in the territory to double in 2014.”

Gioteck has delivered 35 per cent year-on-year global revenue growth since its launch.
