Distributor hires new marketing executive, Danielle Quigley

EntaTech boosts marketing team

EntaTech has hired Danielle Quigley as its new marketing executive.

Quigley has a number of marketing qualifications, including first class honours degree and a CIM professional diploma. Previously Quigley worked as a marketing executive in the healthcare sector.

She said: “I was nervous about starting with EntaTech as I loved my previous job but I wanted to move in to a sector closer to my interests. However, any apprehension that I initially felt has completely disappeared. EntaTech has welcomed me in to the business and it feels like I have been a part of the team for years. Everyone here is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the IT industry. I aspire to be as clued up as them and I intend to draw on their knowledge and experience to facilitate this.”

If you’d like to know Quigley a little better, EntaTech provided us with the following Q&A:

How would you describe yourself?

Ambitious, determined, strong minded, caring and sarcastic …with a little bit of OCD thrown in for good measure. I haven’t painted a very good picture of myself there have I?

Favourite book?

The Kite Runner, by Khaled Hosseini, closely followed by his second book, A Thousand Splendid Suns.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Reykjavik, Iceland. After first visiting the country in 2008 it has become an annual holiday for me. I love the nature, the nightlife, the people, and so much more! I plan to have a holiday home there one day and if the country is still as beautiful as it is now I may move there when I am retired!

Tell us two things about yourself that others may not know?

1. I met Jeremy Kyle in a bar and ended up on his show the next day (not seeking advice, I would like to stress!). 2. I used to play the violin. Quite a contrast in activities!

Best advice you have ever been given?

My Dad always says “Work hard whilst you are young and reap the benefits for the rest of your life,” something which I have tried to stick to from a young age.
