Stevinson leaves company after two years as Sales Director

Dave Stevinson leaves VIP Computers

VIP’s Dave Stevinson has today announced that he is to leave the PC components and peripherals distributor.

After what Stevinson has called ‘two immensely enjoyable years’, the VIP’s sales director will be taking a short break before moving on to a new challenge.

“I can formally announce that earlier this week I resigned my directorship from VIP Computers. I have completed my assigned strategic objectives and feel that I need to take on a new challenge. I have had two immensely enjoyable years at the company and feel that VIP is now suitably poised within the industry and blessed with a very capable management team. In my time there I was able to help shape an exciting strategic transition and work alongside some talented vendors, customers and colleagues,” said Stevinson in a statement.

“I would like to formally extend my thanks to my close friend and colleague Jatti Sahni; the chairman of VIP Group, for giving me the opportunity to be part of the VIP journey,” he continued.

“I am going to spend a few months relaxing before seeking a new assignment. I look forward to staying in touch and finally would like to thank you all for the assistance, business, support, tolerance and friendship that you have shown to me over the years.”
