Club 3D names Target exclusive gaming distributor

Distributor Target Components has been appointed exclusive gaming distributor by AMD graphics manufacturer Club 3D.

The deal sees Target become sole distributor of Club 3D’s gaming graphics card range, as well as the brand’s newly-launched ‘SenseVision’ line of gaming accessories.

Target’s main focus will be on Club 3D’s PokerSeries graphics cards, which Target says ‘offer top performance at competitive prices’, but they will also be expanding the range with Club 3D’s SenseVision label of USB hubs, graphics adapters and multi-screen display ports.

This year also sees Club 3D launch the world’s first USB3.0-to-4K graphics adapter.

The Club 3D range has also been added to Target’s In-Store PC Builder configuration tool.

Gerjan Blonet, Club 3D’s European Sales Executive, said: “With Target’s uniquely customer-focused approach to the channel and extensive customer base of independent resellers, we’re excited by the partnership between Club 3D and Target.”

Club 3D will also be exhibiting at the Target Open Day 2014 on September 19th in Leeds.

Other recent appointments in Target’s gaming portfolio include GeIL, Chieftec KFA2 and Antec.
