Google's result accuracy falls considerably below rival search engine, Microsoft's Bing.

According to research from Experian Hitwise, Microsoft's search engine, which also powers Yahoo, had a success rate of 81 per cent last month, while only 65 per cent of Google’s search results led users to visit a site.

Analyst with The Gabriel Consulting Group, Dan Olds said: “I feel like I’m seeing less on-point results” with Google.

This latest news comes after Google, the worlds most used search engine, claimed that Bing had been copying it's search results.

Despite this new study, Experian Hitwise reports that Google still stands top of all search engines with 67.95 per cent of US searches made on the site.
