Autotask expands UK office

Autotask is expanding its London office in Richmond as a result of the firm’s international growth.

The office acts as the international headquarters for the company, and its larger space will now accommodate for the growing number of attendees at its education and training events.

Plus, the larger space of 6,500 square feet will provide further room for internal growth, and will enables the company to offer onsite services via the company’s Fast Track Implementation program.

In addition, Autotask will also be able to hold its regular on-site training courses.

Mark Banfield, VP of international at Autotask, said: “We are approximately 100 employees in the UK already and still growing rapidly.

“We are nearly doubling our footprint to continue to enhance our customer experience – adding additional space for training, product demos, workshops and networking events.”

The Richmond facility is in close proximity to the River Thames, the Royal Botanical Gardens of Kew and Twickenham Rugby Stadium. It is located at Ambassador House, Paradise Road, Richmond-upon-Thames, Surrey TW9 1SQ.

The Richmond area has a growing tech scene with US web giants eBay and PayPal setting up office in the borough of Richmond upon Thames.

Autotask has also announced a referral program that is aimed at hiring a further 25 new sales employees for the Richmond office. 

The program is open to the public and includes multiple cash drawings for referrals; the highest cash bonus being offered is £20,000.

This news comes after Autotask revealed in a study that endpoints are now a key focus for many managed service providers (MSP).
