"That stupid whirring noise makes me want to kill people," May tweeted

As Jeremy Clarkson is axed from Top Gear, James May suffers HP printer problems

Top Gear presenter James May has been live tweeting his rather dull life since the TV show was temporarily put on hold, following Clarkson’s ‘fracas’ with a producer.

Most recently he appears to be having trouble with his HP Envy printer, which is apparently making “stupid whirring noises” and printing blank sheets of paper.

Today Clarkson was officially dropped from Top Gear, and now this. Could it get any worse for the Top Gear presenters?

Using the hashtag #StillUnemployed, May tweeted:

Oh James, we really do feel for you – Clarkson should stop moping around feeling sorry for himself and realise that he has a friend in need.

Maybe Jez could use some of his redundancy package to buy him a new printer.

May went on to tweet:

May commented on Clarkson’s departure from the BBC, saying: "I don’t really have anything to say about it. It’s a tragedy… Now, If you’ll excuse me I desperately need to write the Ebay listing for my Ferrari."

No doubt concentrating on something else will keep his mind off his printer woes.
