The Apple Watch has been available on pre-order for a few weeks now, but it seems some customers have been experiencing some issues.

Users have been reporting difficulties with the Digital Crown becoming stuck or hard to turn.

Apple has since released a support document, which advises users to hold the Digital Crown under running water for a few seconds.

However, this isn’t the only problem as some users with dark wrist tattoos have reported sensor issues.

On a support page, the tech firm said: “Permanent or temporary changes to your skin, such as some tattoos, can also impact heart rate sensor performance.

“The ink, pattern, and saturation of some tattoos can block light from the sensor, making it difficult to get reliable readings.”

Others have also reported trouble with the watch’s bands, which don’t seem to lock properly.

According to Mac Rumours, customers who have received repairs within Apple Stores can expect a week-long wait for it to be fixed.

Even though the device may be facing some issues, on the first day of its pre-sales the Apple Watch topped one million pre-orders in the US
