Acer unveils Iconia Talk S tablet with 4G LTE connectivity

Acer has revealed the Iconia Talk S, the latest addition to the company’s Iconia tablet range.

It is the first tablet by Acer to support 4G LTE connectivity, plus the device also has voice-call functionalities.

A dual SIM slot is included, allowing users to access different networks and microSD support of up to 128GB.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor is included, providing download speeds of up to 150Mbp/s and upload speeds of up to 50Mbp/s.

In addition, it has 300 hours of standby time, 3G connectivity, a seven-inch HD IPS panel, Anti Fingerprint coating and weighs 270g.

This news comes after Acer launched its first 4K2K gaming display with Nvidia G-Sync technology.

The G-Sync monitor is now available in the UK from Overclockers for £539.99.

The firm also unveiled its C205 LED Pocked projector, rivalling the likes of Panasonic and Optoma.
