QBS Technology Group acquires Baltic enterprise software distributor UAB Laknova

QBS Technology Group has announced the acquisition of the entire share capital of UAB Laknova.

Lithuania-based enterprise software distributor Laknova is active throughout the Baltic region, where it is the 5th largest dedicated software distributor.

Laknova will be rebranded to QBS and its systems will be integrated over the next 12-18 months.

This acquisition augments our software delivery capabilities and gives our partners expert access to a fast growing and exciting region.” Dave Stevinson, CEO of QBS. “We were impressed with the Laknova management team, ambitions and services capability”

Leonid Khoroshko, spokesperson for Laknova, added: “Being part of the QBS group boosts our capabilities significantly and gives our resellers direct access to the QBS software platform. We are all optimistic about the transaction.”

QBS has also recently announced the formation of an Irish subsidiary company and the opening of an office in Cork, Ireland.
