VIP Computers will once again host the pre-drinks party at next year’s PCR Awards.
The distributor has signed up for the event just a week after it announced that Realtime Distribution will be merged with VIP at the start of 2013. The move is expected to further cement VIP’s position in the market and the firm is looking forward to welcoming its stronger combined base of customers and vendors to the PCR Awards.
The Awards will take place on Thursday March 14th at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington. Enta has also signed up as Platinum Partner of the event.
“The PCR Awards is the one must-attend event for the market,” said newly appointed VIP sales director Richard Marsden. “It’s a great opportunity for the industry to get together and catch up over a few drinks – as well as to celebrate the strongest performers in the business.
“We are once again hosting the pre-drinks reception to get the night off to a great start. We’re looking forward to seeing all our customers and vendor partners there – particularly as it will be the first event for us following the merger of Realtime into the business – for what will literally be a VIP party.”
