Maverick AV Solutions has appointed Anna-Marie Constantinou as business unit director for the UK and Ireland.
She will join recently appointed business unit manager Wesley Joyce to head up a brand new leadership team at Maverick, which is a specialised solution business of Tech Data.
Constantinou joins Maverick from Tech Data’s Datech Solutions, where she was an integral part of the team for nine years, implementing strategies to revolutionise the business into a subscription sales model.
While at Datech, she also led the restructure for its offering to specialised Autodesk resellers, transforming its businesses processes and go-to-market capabilities. As a highly respected member of the Tech Data team, she will be an integral part of bringing Maverick’s core business and integration channel together with future solutions and technologies including IoT, as-a-service models and enabling global deployment for UK based projects.
“I have been working within a specialist business and niche market for my whole career and, after my introduction to the professional AV industry at ISE 2019, I am looking forward to a new challenge in this fantastic and dynamic market,” commented Constantinou.

Joyce also joins to support the team to execute go-to-market strategies. He is one of Tech Data’s rising stars and has previously been nominated as one of PCR’s top 30 under 30. His experience is wide ranging, having previously worked in both sales and business development teams building skills in pipeline management and business planning execution.
