Reseller Profile: Nybble

Demand for mobile devices is on the up, says Ram Gupta, managing director at reseller Nybble.

PCR asks the firm about being Microsoft-authorised and what’s next for the firm.

What’s Nybble’s background and what sets it apart?
Nybble formed over 17 years ago with the basic value of ‘turning your vision into a solution’.

Thinking outside of the box, we’re dedicated to providing value-added IT solutions, from hardware, software development, mobile applications to full disaster recovery, virtualisation and email management solutions.

Who are your customers and what services do you offer?
Nybble offers the full range of IT products and solutions. From small business to corporate client, we cover many industries and sectors including the motor industry and education. We provide consultation to businesses regarding infrastructure and design, purchase to installation, repairs and ongoing support. Downtime isn’t an option for us and our customers will testify to that.

You’re a Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller. What kind of a difference does this accreditation make?
It allows us to sell Microsoft Academic Edition Software licenses. The accreditation provides assurance that we are a credible business offering expert advice and pricing on the plethora of Microsoft products.

How important are mobile devices to the education space nowadays? What kind of demand is there?
The demand for mobile devices continues to increase. iPads, mobiles, terminals and other mobility devices are used daily in and out of classrooms, enhancing the learning process.

Mobile devices do, however, pose challenges such as connectivity, e-safety management and restrictions for responsible use in line with government legislation.

Nybble has a suite of products and solutions backed by experts, supporting e-mobility, e-safety and controlled connectivity.

What are the biggest challenges for you as a business?
Our challenge is keeping abreast of emerging technologies and judging relevance and value.

Our business relationships, partnerships and specialist knowledge provide a platform to select technology focusing on the most advantageous to our clients, so our strengths help us meet our challenge head on.

What’s next for Nybble? What are your plans for 2016?
2015 was a year of rapid expansion for Nybble, and we’re showing no sign of slowing down in 2016. Sage 200 accreditation, new services, customers, big recruitment plans and exciting opportunities await us in coming months.

As always, we’ll evolve based on clients’ needs and feedback. Our Synaxon partnership contributed to Nybble’s success and we’ll extend our relationship in 2016.

Our ‘customer is king’ philosophy is fundamental to our business – 2016 brings a targeted focus on exceeding customer expectation.
