TrustATec partner spaces filling up fast, says Synaxon

More resellers sign up to TrustATec programme during Synaxon's annual National Member Conference

During its annual National Member Conference, Synaxon beat its target for TrustATec sign-ups, the firm has revealed.

The 2016 Synaxon National Member Conference in Nottingham last week was a huge success, says the channel services group, with a record number of almost 400 attendees and suppliers seeing increased levels of engagement from resellers.

The firm signed up a number of additional resellers to its TrustATec programme at the two-day event. The number has risen from 41 to 48.

It now has only two slots available at the discounted price for sign-ups of £150, after which it rises to £250.

Resellers subscribing to the Google AdWords element of the TrustATec programme are regularly seeing scores of new business enquiries coming in every month, says Synaxon.

Launched at the beginning of 2016, TrustATec lets users find local IT services and support in their area, and aims to provide transparency through standardised services and fixed prices.

It offers professional IT services in specific regions, laptop and PC repair, and IT services for corporate customers. There will be 20 standardised services that each TrustATec can offer, from repairs to storage, servers and so on.

The service is first come, first served – after one dealer signs up in a specific region, none others from that area can be listed. It costs £50 per month and will also require a £150 setting up fee.

Dealers can also pay more to advertise their business using Google Adwords for a monthly budget of £100, £200 or £500 for example - all managed by Synaxon.

Speaking about this year’s event, managing director Derek Jones said: “The conference this year was by far our best ever, not only in terms of attendance, but the quality and depth of the interactions between members and suppliers.

“More of our members are making use of more of our services and reaping the benefits. As a result, our supplier partners are seeing close engagement and support and in turn, increasing their support for the members.”
