Broadliner Ingram Micro UK has introduced 'Surface-as-a-service', allowing resellers to give customers a managed offering of Surface hardware and associated cloud software on a leased basis.
The announcement follows Microsoft's launch of Surface-as-a-service at its recent Worldwide Partner Conference, which has been set up to get more devices into the enterprise.
Ingram's own program is the first in the UK, and aims to 'empower resellers to offer the entire Surface and Microsoft suite'.
The solution will allow reseller partners to create their own flexible offerings for their customers.
Additionally, customers will have access to leasing options, plus the option for trade-in and buy-back services from Ingram.
