CMS Distribution has appointment a new managing director for Irish operations.
Patrick Healy brings 20 years of management experience to the role after a long and successful career in global markets.
Previously Healy headed leadership positions with Siteserv Group, Kingspan North America and Lafarge’s Gypsum Division, successfully positioning each of these businesses for significant future growth.
“Patrick’s track record and international experience are second to none and we are thrilled to have him on board. Attracting someone of Patrick’s calibre into the Irish business is a great endorsement of our strategy and ambition,” said Frank Salmon, CMS Distribution’s group MD and founder.
“He brings with him incredibly strong knowledge and experience which will be vital as we are determined to meet our ambitious growth targets."
Healy commented: “These are exciting times for CMS Distribution in Ireland. The business has very ambitious growth objectives laid out in our five-year plan and it is my goal to further develop CMS Distribution’s activities in Ireland and support the overall 2020 turnover target. I am very motivated and driven by the ambition of our business.”
CMS Distribution has announced a number of partnerships recently, including extending its software portfolio with The Bunker, signing Barracuda for a UK distribution deal, and partnering with AlienVault to offer its Unified Security Management (USM) and crowd-sourced threat intelligence solutions.
