Coolwave Communications launches global partner programme for monetising voice and messaging

Coolwave Communications has launched its global partner programme to assist service providers with monetising voice, messaging and cloud-based communications.

“There is a growing opportunity in serving the local and global communications needs of enterprises. The challenge is to partner with an independent player that has deep expertise in developing voice and messaging services that create value end-to-end. Coolwave’s partner programme makes it simple for a range of service providers to expand their service portfolios beyond their borders and gain access to cost efficient solutions,” said Ronan Higgins, Commercial Director at Coolwave Communications. “For example, a small to medium sized service provider in the UK can partner with Coolwave and compete for global contracts and serve the needs of multinational corporations. That’s a massive revenue opportunity and leverages our strengths as a global provider.”

“We have had a tremendous success with partners across different markets and now we’ve formalised and expanded our partner capabilities. The benefit for partners is the rapid monetisation of voice and messaging with a partner that can execute both locally and globally. We’re dedicated to supporting our partners end-to-end and giving them solutions that will accelerate their growth. It is a time of rapid change in our industry and the service providers that have the right partners will differentiate their offerings and capture new revenue streams in voice and messaging,” said Alistair Popham, Business Development Director at Coolwave Communications.
