Galaxy S5 spec rumours include 4GB of RAM and 4K display

CES 2014: No-show for Samsung Galaxy S5

Samsung has confirmed that its next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S5, will launch at Mobile World Congress in February.

Those hoping to see the handset at CES 2014 will have to wait until February 24th, when MWC takes place in Barcelona.

Galaxy S5 spec rumours include the ability to scan the user’s eye to unlock the phone as well as 4GB of RAM and a 4K display.

Instead of its next flagship smartphone, Samsung will be showcasing its Galaxy Note Pro and Tab Pro tablets at CES 2014.
