TD SYNNEX’s apprenticeship scheme ranked sixth in UK nationwide poll

TD SYNNEX’s apprenticeship programme has been ranked sixth in this year’s Rate My Apprenticeship poll. The national scheme rates employers based on marks provided by apprentices themselves.

“At a time when skills are at a premium, the TD SYNNEX apprenticeship programme is helping to bring more confident and talented people into the industry,” said Sandie Jackson, apprentice programme manager at TD SYNNEX, UK.

“Our apprenticeship programme is something we are honoured to provide. Our ethos is to build careers not just jobs for young people who feel that college or university is not for them. Being rated this highly by Rate My Apprenticeship is a privilege, as students decide it themselves. It demonstrates that our apprentices really do trust our programme. Ever since we launched our scheme, we have been rated in the top 100, and we are grateful to be here once again.”

Claire Gallimore, talent acquisition specialist at TD SYNNEX, UK, added: “We have a great team of people who are passionate in mentoring and teaching the next generation building their careers. The whole team can take credit for the continued commitment and enthusiasm they have shown in helping young people succeed by taking what can sometimes be perceived an unconventional route in building their careers. We must also thank the students – past and present – who value what we do and choose to build a career with TD SYNNEX.”
