Apogee invests over a quarter of a million pounds in employee training

Apogee Corporation, has announced a further £250,000 investment in employee training.

The investment will go towards education and upskilling initiatives across the organisation, including apprenticeships, professional qualifications, leadership and management and sales training programmes. The training combines coaching and mentoring particularly in IT and compliance. The company is using an eLearning platform which employees can access 24/7 to undertake virtual courses and webinars.

The company has also recently appointed Marion Brooks as Chief People Officer, accompanies this step change, which has already garnered positive results: the organisation’s Glassdoor rating has increased by a remarkable 63% in the space of just 5 months.

Apogee currently has over 50 job opportunities across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, and Germany.

Apogee is planning more employee initiatives possibly around sustainability and mental health. Employees have been supported in undertaking various charity initiatives, including a beach clean and fundraising activities for Rethink Mental Illness.
