Pax8 TVG Acquisition will further Baltic Region expansion plans

Pax8 plans to acquire northeastern Europe cloud services and software distributor, TVG.

The acquisition will enable Pax8 to enter into the Baltic States of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
