Consenna achieves outstanding turnover results and drives ahead with global expansion plans

During 2019 UK based Consenna, set its sights on exceeding £2m in turnover. The company excelled beyond this by reaching the £3m threshold and expects turnover to go beyond £10m in the current financial year.  The company claims this growth is down to significant expansion within existing customers, as well as an array of several entirely new project wins.

Consenna, which counts HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and Fujitsu amongst its customer base, has hired four new team members since April and plans to recruit a further three before the end of the year.  Notably, this includes a newly created role of Digital Director to lead expanded services in creative design, and the increasingly important area of data analytics.  When complete, these hires will signal a doubling of headcount in the past 9 months.

For Trevor Evans, Managing Director, of Consenna it’s been full steam ahead to reach these heights: “During the past year we’ve significantly grown our pipeline of programmes focused on the UK technology market and have been excited to expand overseas.  This is a trend we foresee continuing and as such we’ll be recruiting bilingual team members to ensure our reputation for outstanding customer service and proven outcomes is maintained.

But for the short term it’s all about focus: “In the near term we will continue to manage overseas projects from our UK base, however, we fully expect to hire on the ground in the relevant territories as these projects expand, ” says Evans.

Consenna has been up and running since 2009 and provides a range of applications, technology solutions and professional services to global businesses that are looking for improved better sales performance whilst creating that winning competitive advantage.

Increasing turnover from £300k to £10m in just two years is something Evans attributes to Consenna’s individual customer approach.  He concludes: “When I joined Consenna last year, I did so confident in the strength of the existing team and its ambition to expand rapidly.  We’re a team flourishing through positive disruption, a message that emphatically resonates across our customers. We broke the mould of the traditional agency model and have been thrilled with the results.

“We’re proud to have built a team that approaches each customer with a growth mindset.  We always put customers first and in doing so, we deliver expectation beating results.  We never settle, never compromise and never take our customers trust for granted – least of all in the current climate!  There’s more good news around our customer growth to come shortly.”
