eFax launches EMEA channel programme

A new EMEA channel programme has been launched by eFax in a bid to strengthen support for channel partners and customers to accelerate digital transformation across Europe. This will provide EMEA channel partners access to a broader range of valuable services and resources to help them generate new revenue opportunities while delivering valuable online fax solutions to support customers’ digital transformation initiatives throughout the EMEA region.

The programme offers a range of tools designed to support partners including Telco, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaas), Managed Services, System Integrators and Healthcare providers to deliver Cloud faxing platforms to their customers which creates a more extensive network of highly engaged partners. The programme helps eFax channel partners with valuable Cloud faxing platforms, services and consulting needed to accelerate the move to Cloud based fax communications, as part of digital transformation initiatives to ensure the performance of business-critical applications and operations.

Key benefits
Key benefits of the programme for partners include the ability to access and provide eFax expertise and services in hosted Unified Communications as a Service (UCaas) and hosted Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems. Partners can scale-up their Cloud Communications expertise and ensure customers can innovate for the future, by moving from Fax Machines and on-Premise Servers to the Cloud and ensure HIPAA / HiTrust security compliance.

“J2 is very excited to rollout our Channel Partner program across Europe. We see a tremendous opportunity to partner with leading Telecom, UCaas, Managed Services, Healthcare Providers, & System Integrators,” said John Mannion, VP Alliances & Strategic Partnerships, eFax at J2 Global.

“Now more than ever, customers are under pressure to improve their operations through cloud services that remove paper-heavy processes once and for all, improve collaboration and guarantee data security,” continued John Mannion, VP Alliances & Strategic Partnerships, eFax at J2 Global.  “Our eFax EMEA channel program helps valuable partners deliver online fax solutions that allow customers to empower their remote workforce, better manage their operations and meet these requirements.”

The new EMEA channel programme’s tiered partnership structure also allows customers to easily determine a partner’s ability to perform service-related activities. Partners can achieve new levels of expertise and knowledge, to help them become cloud-based fax communications experts. With the support of this programme, partners can identify and generate increased revenue opportunities to help their businesses grow.

“As we’ve seen in the NHS in the UK, simply removing faxing as a communication tool altogether is not as easy as it may at first seem. Organisations instead need to look at alternative technologies that keep the communication intact, but in a more modern and secure way,” says Scott Wilson, Director of Service, eFax at J2 Global.
