NTT Ltd. has appointed Terry Bebbington, formerly with Gartner, as SVP Strategy for NTT Ltd.’s Security division. In his new role, reporting to Security division CEO Matt Gyde, Bebbington will work closely with the leadership team to create value for clients, helping define and develop its security strategy and the associated Secure by Design services portfolio.
Bebbington led Gartner’s global security consulting practice for several years. He brings more than twenty five years of global hands-on experience in cybersecurity across multiple industries. His passion is helping clients to develop, and successfully execute on their security strategies and go-to-market plans. He is a regular speaker at global security events, and has spent the last 5 years working with security leaders, both on the client and service provider side, to move the needle in improving their security postures or position in the security market.
A recent example of Bebbington’s client work is the development of the business strategy and go to market plan for a major international competitor in the security services market which enabled this client to improve its portfolio, sales and revenue, working environment, platform strategy and market recognition of the improvements made.
Prior to Gartner, Bebbington held positions at a number of leading global technology providers, as well as service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the British Army.
