Target Staff receive profit share boost

Staff at distributor Target Components have received a welcome boost to brighten the lockdown blues with the announcement of the company’s 2019-2020 profit share.

Staff received over £1,800 each added to the June payroll.

Target have operated the profit share scheme since 2006 with all staff sharing equally in a percentage – normally 10% – of pre-tax profits.

Target’s Managing Director, Paul Cubbage, said: “It’s a great way for the whole team to share in our success and reflects the contribution they make over the year. “

“As our long-term growth strategy increasingly filters through to the numbers, it’s a nice reminder that all the hard work is worth it and benefits us all. The goal now is to really kick on and see significant growth in next year’s share.”
